Returns
Customer must notify any returns/exchange to Le Contour at service@le-contour.com within seven working days upon receipt of the goods. For wrongly sent or damaged item, a replacement will be arranged.
For size exchange, the customer is responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse in Singapore and the new requested size will be sent out; For changed of mind, you will need to return the item in good conditions with its original product label attached to the item, then a refund will be processed.
