Le Contour provides free worldwide shipping for all goods sold on this site, except returns handling. Please refer to Returns Policy.

Rest assure that DHL delivers your purchase from our warehouse located in China.

The delivery of the following countries will take approximately 3 to 5 business days:

Please take note that customer is responsible for any duties or taxes payable upon receiving the goods.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking your order at Le Contour is made easy. We will provide your tracking number via email within 48 hours of purchase.

You may then track your shipment progress with the link provided in the notification email.

You may also write to us at service@le-contour.com on any problems you have encountered with your order. 

RETURNS POLICY

It is a shared responsibility for customer to notify Le Contour at service@le-contour.com within three days upon receiving the goods when the following circumstances occurred:

GOODS RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITIONS OR WRONG ITEMS:

Customer must include clear pictures of damaged or wrongly delivered items to Le Contour via above stated email address.  We will then investigate and reply within 48 hours on working days.  Once the dispute is agreeable between customer and Le Contour, the replacement shipment will take 7 to 9 business days.  

Please take note that there will be no free return of goods under these circumstances:

EXCHANGE OF SIZING:

Customer must inform Le Contour the new size request. We will take 48 hours to check on stock availability. In the event the requested size is not available, you may exchange with another item or receive a refund once goods returned in re-sellable condition with its original product tag.

As Le Contour provides detailed size chart information for size selection, hence it will be customer’s responsibility to pay for return postage to our China warehouse. The return parcel needs to be accompanied with tracking number and must arrive in Le Contour’s China warehouse within ten business days after an agreement has been agreed between customer and Le Contour. Customer to notify Le Contour of the tracking number so that we can perform receiving identification before we could process any refund or exchange.

CHANGE OF MIND:

Customer will not be eligible for a full refund under this circumstance.  To process this, the customer will need to go through the returns process as stated above.  The final refund amount is equal to purchase price minus the costs of handling/delivering the goods to the customer.

We urge our customer to make an informed purchase decision before buying at Le Contour.
