We provide free shipping for all goods sold on this site, except returns handling. The shipping coverage is as per DHL or EMS worldwide delivery network distributing from our warehouse located in China. The delivery will take approximately 7 to 9 working days once you have made the purchase with payment.

Returns
Customer must notify any returns/exchange to Le Contour at service@le-contour.com within three days upon receipt of the goods. For wrongly sent or damaged item, a replacement will be arranged. For size exchange, the customer is responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse in China and the new requested size will be sent out; For changed of mind, you will need to return the item in good conditions with its original product label attached to the item, then a refund will be processed.
