Delivery & Tracking
We need 2 working days to process the order and make a delivery arrangement.
Delivery in Singapore usually takes 3-4 working days after the tracking reference number is made available to the customer via email notification.
For international shipping out of Singapore will take 5 to 7 working days. Please take note overseas customer is responsible for any duties or taxes payable upon receiving the goods in their respective country.

Returns
Customer must notify any returns/exchange to Le Contour at service@le-contour.com within seven working days upon receipt of the goods. For wrongly sent or damaged item, a replacement will be arranged. For size exchange, the customer is responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse in China and the new requested size will be sent out; For changed of mind, you will need to return the item in good conditions with its original product label attached to the item, then a refund will be processed.
